Guru Education provides academic counseling, validation of board eligibility, curriculum audit services, and university admission coordination. You explicitly acknowledge that:

• Guru Education is an educational counseling catalyst and enrollment coordinator. We do not directly issue degrees, high school diplomas, or vocational certifications.
• Official degrees and certificates are issued solely by the accredited boards (such as NIOS or state boards) or UGC-recognized universities with whom we coordinate.

2. User Eligibility and Registrations

Candidates seeking enrollment assistance must provide accurate, complete, and authentic academic transcripts and identity documentation. If any document is found to be forged, inaccurate, or falsified, we reserve the right to cancel your registration support immediately.

3. Payment & Payment Gateways

All payments for counseling fees, registration charges, and study materials must be processed through our authorized payment gateways (e.g. Razorpay, Cashfree). By making a payment, you agree to the billing terms and convenience fees charged by the payment gateway.

4. Intellectual Property

All content present on this website, including logos, visual design tokens, graphics, layouts, and software code, is the property of Guru Education Organization Private Limited and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we make every effort to align candidates with recognized boards and universities, Guru Education shall not be held liable for:

• Decisions made by university senates or secondary boards regarding examination schedules, syllabus revisions, or registration cancellations.
• Delays in degree issuance by the certifying universities.
• Network or gateway failures during fee transactions.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of these terms shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts of Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh, India.
