Refund Policy

Guru Education Organization Private Limited (“Guru Education”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) aims to maintain clear, transparent protocols for all transaction clearances. This Refund Policy describes the terms under which counseling fees, registration charges, and study materials are refunded or cancelled.

1. Counseling and Evaluation Fees

The preliminary academic advisory and credentials evaluation fees are non-refundable once one-on-one document verification has been completed by our learning counselors.

2. Board and University Enrollment Charges

Registration charges submitted to external accredited secondary boards (e.g. NIOS) or universities are processed directly to the respective organization. You acknowledge that:

• Once an enrollment application is locked and payment is cleared with the university or board system, no cancellations or refunds are permitted under any circumstances.
• In the event of double payments due to transaction lag or gateway errors, the redundant amount will be credited back to your original source account by the gateway within 5 to 7 working days.

3. Cancellation Timeline

If a candidate wishes to cancel their counseling assistance program before their files are submitted to the university or board portals, they must submit an official cancellation request via email to gurueducation.org@gmail.com within 7 days of the initial transaction. Eligible refunds will be processed within 14 working days of receiving the request.

4. Discrepancies and Rejections

If a candidate's application is rejected by the boards or partner universities due to strict structural quota limits or eligibility revisions (not relating to document forgery), Guru Education will refund 100% of the administrative facilitation fees collected by us.

5. Refund Mode and Jurisdictions

All refunds will be credited back directly to the original bank account, debit/credit card, or UPI ID used during the transaction. No cash refunds are provided. Any legal disputes arising under this policy shall be instituted exclusively in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh, India.
